Legal Panel

Sage Advocacy’s mission is to promote, protect and defend the rights and dignity of vulnerable adults, older people and healthcare patients. It operates in homes and communities and in all health and social care settings. Sage Representatives (staff and volunteers) are frequently asked by clients, or their families, to assist in identifying a solicitor.

Given the relative frequency of such requests and in the context of the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Acts (ADMCA), Sage Advocacy called for expressions of interest from practising solicitors who wished to be included on this panel for the benefit of Sage Advocacy clients who request names of solicitors with appropriate expertise. Sage Advocacy will not recommend a specific solicitor from the legal panel.
