Pro Senectute is an independent, non-profit association. It brings together people who are involved in working with the elderly or who are interested in working for the quality of life of elderly people and their environment. All of their measures within the framework of projects, competence promotion and initiatives have a common goal: to create good conditions for a life worth living in Austria.
Pro Senectute developed their own Position Paper on Safeguarding Older Persons’ Legal and Human Rights through Active Citizenship and Intergenerational Approach for European Day of Solidarity between Generations 2023.
